Please Resume Offering Your Customers Technical Support
There are indie studios (you no longer qualify as being one) that offer first-party Technical Support to people who make a one-off purchase of ~ 20 USD. It is difficult to understand how a development studio with all of the resources that comes from being owned by Tencent can possibly lack the capacity to provide Technical Support to customers - some of who have spend thousands of dollars on supporting you in the past, or in rarer cases, even tens of thousands.

I agree. And reinstate your valued poster status which has been a staple for 12 years or however long its been. Were all valued posters discontinued?

Considering the extra backlog of support queue already existing from POE 2 EA, I don't see tech support getting any specific level of time investment by GGG. It is what it is.
