unplayable maps, huge lag spikes and teleports
I play on Sao Paulo realm, everytime i enter a map i start to feel a little bit of delay, like there is something holding me up (hard to describe it), then after sometime when i start killing things the problem really starts to show up, my hero start teleporting like crazy, up and down, i guess the server or whataever that is cant register the amount of things going on and then start to shut down, this usually start when i encounter a legion or when my atk/move speed go to insane levels, i tried the basic solution like an average guy could do (restarting route, turning on/off ExitLag, changing realms), i did the test with WinMTR and notice that one of the servers has huge packet loss, i did 2 tests and in the 2 the problem is the same server https://pastebin.com/Sq4U7964

Thank you for posting the WinMTR log file.
Unfortunately, as it rules out any packet loss or latency spikes between you and GGG's server, the issue appears to be server-side, and so there's not much we can do. Are there any other gateways that would give you playable latency? A high but steady ping would be preferable... I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
