What is causing excessive rendering issues?

Recently I upgraded to a brand new 3440x1440 monitor. When playing PoE I encounter frequent areas that either: don't render any monsters and they remain invisible for quite a long time, only show flickering boxes, reset or shut down visuals entirely, or other issues. I do not lose connection with the game when this happens, it only appears to be graphical. I've had maps completely reset to black while in them. New boss areas don't render and boss remains invisible until after the boss has already begun attacking.

Monitor: Alienware 3425dw
Graphics Card: 2070 super
Processor: i7-10750h
Ram: 16gb

All drivers are up to date
