Item disappeared from infentory

Hello,

During a six man map party I used a 400 divine visceral quiver. I swapped it back to the unique Cadiro's Gambit primed quiver after. However somehow during this interaction the quiver dissappeared. I checked all my stash tabs and it doesn't seem to be there. I thought I put it away somewhere else but I can't find it. This is a pretty weird experience. The only thing I can imagine that might have happened is the fact that while swapping it out it stayed in my hand but that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. In any case I wonder if there is a way to track items on accounts so I can at least get some closure since an item disappearing seems pretty concerning.
