GGG server issue

hey @GGG just wondering if were going to get an answer or a reply, there has been numerous issues regarding servers and the constant high server pings at the same time every night since league has started, DC's, and servers being offline but not a single reply or answer, its that bad i have had to get my ISP out to investigate to weather its my net and when i checked the forums it seams to be an issue with the game itself, we love the game but seriously some weeks in to the new league and no reply no answer and countless threads of others having the same issue of such. pretty dam sad

As GGG no longer provides Technical Support - you can verify this for yourself by sending an email to techsupport@grindinggear.com - as a general rule, threads posted in this forum section are unlikely to receive input from staff. Occasionally QA or a Web Developer will post here, but that's about it.

You might want to consider this when considering future purchases - I do.
