Please Help

ever since the last game update i cant playv past the Quary. i have removed everthing from my system except the operating system and steam path of exile 2. the game chrashes my computer in steam everytime. my computer plays diablo 4, with every update, epoch with every date but POE2 chrashes after the Quary stage. Any help would be great. i love this game but ever since the Dawn game was updated i cant play.
so i clear with my issues, its only poe2 dawn that has been my issue

is there another platform i can play this game in?
