paid for physical items, I didn't receive the items and no refund for shipping

     Hi, I bought a supporter pack and wanted a T-shirt and hoodie for the first time. I paid extra for shipping, but I didn't receive it. Support responded that the package was being returned to the sender. I haven't received a refund, and I don't have the items I paid for. Whose fault is this? And why isn't there a refund if it's not my fault?
