UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME ON NZ/AUS/SINGAPORE SERVERS!!!!

It’s already been well over two weeks since you mentioned the game was under a DDoS attack, yet every day when I try to play, the ping suddenly spikes up to 10,000, I get disconnected, the game freezes when entering a portal or switching to a different region, and overall, it's reached a point where the game is completely unplayable. Every day I get stressed just trying to play, wasting all currency I prepared for farming, with no idea when this will be fixed. On top of that, I find it incomprehensible that GGG hasn't provided a single update in the past two weeks on how the situation is progressing.
