hello GGG,

i'm not sure why but at some point i started getting this error.
if i insist (and by insist i mean: spam enter key) it sometimes lets me in.

this happened on steam, so i got the standalone client, because steam was validating files (around 45 minutes) each time i started the game.
now it happens on the standalone client as well.

interestingly enough i already had an empty account with my email, merged the two (or at least i thought i was, now my main account is considered my secondary account ingame) and the message pops up as soon as i switch to what is now my sub-account (my old main account, which i would like as my main account again).

please tell me what i have to do.

I had the same issue for 2 days now. Yesterday the validating of files was enough, today it wont let me log in at all. Dont know what they did but something is broken.

instead of logging from milan i logged into the frankfurt server and it seems to be working.

emailed GGG and they told me they don't do email support due to "limited staff resources".

same problem for a couple days, I'm loggin in to milan too, will try to switch to another server and see if it works
