Steam Deck Crashing in Towns and Other Hideouts(completely unable to play)

I play a lot on steam deck. While obviously it plays mostly just OK on deck,it has r3cently been having an issue where it will crash on the loading screen,or occasionally 1-2 seconds after loading completes.

It is always in towns or when joining others hideout. Sometimes I'm completely unable to play because I will be in a constant loop of restarting from crash, immediately loading back into town which crashes it again since I cannot choose to load into my hideout.

It does not ever crash in my own hideout or in maps. Only in Towns and Other Hideouts.

I've verified files and updated to latest firmware for deck.

Not sure what to do
