[CPU Limited Scenario] Critical assets not loaded, yet you let me play?!

Hi,

atm I am in a CPU limited scenario (I am saving up for new CPU mobo ram, no MTX purchases from me).

Leading to:

- long loading screens
- yet the client lets me play, while still loading in assets, bibs and bobs.

Leading me to conclude you have some sort of ranking of assets of importance for playing.

Please review the ranking of importance for the following:

Maps:

- mobs
- T16.5, T17 special mods, like drowning orbs (died because downing orb asset was still not loaded in).

Special zones like Wildwood (twisted burrow):
- Have to wait a long time till the whisps are actually visible, and can actually start to move.

Boss Fights:
- Arena boss fights should only be playable when all assets are loaded
- - e.g. the game client lets me fight (start) Eater of Worlds, despite the asset for the 'activate the spheres!' phase still not loaded, thus failing the phase and dying, because I can't see the spheres to activate!

PS Edit:

Please change, when the user sets sound volume levels to 0, the engine should set internally the sound to "FALSE" (actually OFF, Disabled). And not just 0 volume.

See the reddit post about setting sound effects volume in the config to FALSE, which helps with performance, especially in a CPU limited scenario.
