PS5 POE2 infinite loading screen problem. FIX IMMEDIATELY

Ive just reached act 3 at the matlan waterways and i cant get into the game cause of the infinite loading screen!. As far as i know this isnt a new problem…it seems like its been a problem since beta launch and its still a problem. Please give the console users the ability to transport character to the nearest town in the character selection menu or straight up fix this issue!. Its game breaking and something that should of been resolved ages back



Note:ive done all the troubleshooting and whatever websites and youtube has suggested and nothing worked
