"Socketed Movement Skills Cost no Mana" not affecting "Stormbind of teleportation"

Hi,
It seems the shaper weapon affix "Socketed Movement Skills Cost no Mana" doesn't affect both spells for the gem "Stormbind of teleportation", it only affects the "Rune blast of Teleportation" part. It has the "Movement" tag and it also does get +5 skill lvl if you put it in "Bronn's Lithe" body armor. This might be intentional because the channeled part doesn't move you but if thats the case shouldnt it have its own tags like vaal gems has? -Hapse Last bumped on Jul 15, 2025, 12:37:34 AM

Stormbind of Teleportation gem has two skills - Stormbind and Rune Blast. Modifiers that mention "Movement Gems" will affect both skills, modifiers that mention "Movement Skills" will only affect Rune Blast.
