Game Crashed - Ultimatum failed ( Mageblood gone )

Dear GGG,

I bought an Inscribed Ultimatum for Mageblood for 300 Divines , went in to the map for playing it and my game crashed while almost finished. Could not save a clip because on console when the game crashes or gets closed the last save files are gone. Looged back in went to the Ultimatum again and it was over no Mageblood and my 300 Divines are gone. I would be very happy if i get my Currency back or at least another try for the Inscribed Ultimatum , was a Tidebreaker as offer for Mageblood with - Stand in the stone circles.

Date of crash : Monday 14. July at almost 5 in the morning (GMT+2)

If your game client crashed, a report gets automatically sent to GGG. If the server instance crashed, they will also know.

Unfortunately, nothing will be returned to you or replaced as per GGG policy.

That means i lost 300 Divines because of the crash and poof its gone in a second.
