Blight Bosses in Maps Immune to Stuns/Freezes/Petrify

Was Running T16/T17/Originator T16s with Blightheart, Invigoration, Titanic Scarabs all day yesterday with no issues

Today, weve done 10 maps in a row with no mods like "cannot be stunned" "cannot be slowed" "action speed cannot be reduced below base value" etc.

Standard Blight setup, chill tower freeze + stun + meteor burning ground

My character has 100% chance to chill + freeze and no matter what we do, everything just walks right on by as if theres no towers there.

I would just assume its very difficult content (BECAUSE it is very difficult content) except it worked all last week with 0 issues.

This just happened to me in blighted maps
BUT the only problem was chilling towers.
I was UNABLE to chill ANY SINGLE MOB
IN ALL OF THESE MAPS

9 blighted maps.

my ring anoints:
empowering tower range
empowering tower effect

All normal blighted - t13-t16
all anointed with 3 teal oils
all corrupted
NONE with stun immunity (irrelevant!)
NONE with ailment avoidance
NONE with action speed cannot be reduced below base value

ALL MOBS UNAFFECTED BY CHILL.
Literally ZERO mobs were chilled.
I understand that there are certain rares AND normal and magic mobs that come with chill and freeze avoidance, AND slow avoidance, some from specific (cold) portals, but, no.

ALL MOBS in ALL 9 maps I just ran were seemingly unaffected by chilling tower chill effect

I was able to build temporal towers that DID slow action speed correctly, but yet, chilling towers ONLY did damage and did not slow ANY mobs.

GGG. PLease fix. I am making a new thread for this, because this is ONLY chilling tower effect in my case.

I have restarted game multiple times now, I've unequipped rings, not that that should matter either.
I'm stumped.
