Infinite Loadingscreen in POE2.

Hi im new to that game and play it on the xbox series x and have perfprmance issues and loadingscreens on my characters that never end, and that forced me to reinstall
The game now 4times.
Im stuck with my archer lvl82 in the Chaos Dungeon and i cant get out of the loading screen.
