Ritual Failed to Spawn Bug Report ID: #2703002372

My understanding is Ritual has an 8% base chance to occur in a map. I have 90% chance from ritual nodes on my tree, and an additional 2% from turning off Blight, so I should be at 100% but the Glacier Map I just ran did not have a Ritual.
