memory tear not spawning in my maps

i don't know what happened last night but my last 20-ish maps but memory tears aren't spawning in my maps i get some originator's memory map nodes but no memory tear nodes. is it a bug or im just unlucky?

I've spent at least 15 hrs over the weekend mapping, mostly T16, some T17 maps and havn't gotten a single tear node, used to get them, maybe every 6-10 maps or so. It's monday morning here now, it would have been early saturday morning when i last had one appear.

Syndicate medallions also stopped dropping for me, although 2 have dropped from lvl 84 safehouses this morning.

same, played 30+ maps, 0 memory threads even with the extra 4x10% increased chance for memory tears to spawn

im at the point where im constantly scrolling up the feed every few maps looking for the Eagon voicelines out of paranoia that i missed it somehow
