Crashing 24/7

Ever since the last server shutdown and update, the game has been crashing more than 5 times a day. It has not been crashing like this ever, just after this realm reset.

Which client are you using (e.g. Steam / PlayStation / PC standalone) ? If not playing on a console, which Operating System do you have? What troubleshooting have you performed?


Have you tried verifying your client’s content and - if that doesn’t work - purging the cache?

If the game is crashing for you, people will be happy to help - albeit likely not GGG staff, as they no longer offer Technical Support. But we’re not able to read your mind, and needing to ask for rather obvious information and wait for a response will slow the process down significantly. A bit of initiative would go a long way - not even knowing whether you’re on Xbox or a Mac is pretty unhelpful…
