Client Crash Hangup / Dual App Launch

Issue that seems new to 3.26.
Client will crash/disconnect (screen freeze, windows notification that app is non responsive) Force close app via windows pop up. When I relaunch the client, it will open 2 instances of the application. This also seems to clear a cache or something, bc when logging back in it takes FOREVER for my hideout to load

Also, when I go back into the map it crashed in:
-previously revealed map area is hidden again -takes several minutes before all graphics are present. my frost bolts dont show up, certain mobs are invisible, etc “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
