Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance

5 maps were eaten by this bug today, just can't enter portals, chain-dc(tried over 10 times). FIX YOUR GAME GGG.

update:
map were actually accessible by another person who was playing from EU on Frakfurt gate. But not me - Moscow, Moscow gate.
I restarted router, didn't help. Launched warp VPN which choose another russian city as location and it let me enter map.

Moscow seems broken this morning. Every time I try and enter the lab I get a disconnect.

From what I can see it's the instance server hosted by NTT that's the issue.

Doesn't help that every man and his dog from Europe is playing on Moscow because of the server issues there. Also, those of us in Eastern Russia have to use Moscow as the Asian servers are useless because GGG use Google for hosting and the routing is ~400ms instead of ~30ms


Edit: That NTT instance server seems completely dead:

interesting find idd. Same for for me, majority of servers were 140.174.xx.xx where I was getting disconnects. Had the same on 108.181.xx.xx twice (one is very recent)

now we just have to wait when some random GGG employee would read this ancient tech of reporting issues known as forum and FIX THE GAME.

and again logging in with VPN (but same country) helped to enter that map.

switched to other gate while waiting for GGG to pull their heads out of poe2 and read their outdated bug reporting system to FIX THEIR GAME.
