Finished campaigne, but "the cloven one" passive, cant start mission and dont get the passive? Little help please..

Nobody can help you without a more detailed description of what happens when you attempt to do the quest.
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...

So i speed run with others througe the campaigne and i think it has something to do with that. after campaigne i entered all the acts to complete side quest to get all passives. if i type /passives; from the cloven quest says 0, tried killing abberoth both in act 6 and a1, sin dont show up, bestel dont have a reward or quest start so how am i suppose to sort this out?
