Watcher's Eye with unaffected by Enfeeble, not working?

I have a Watcher's Eye with the mod unaffected by enfeeble while affected by Grace. And I'm running Grace and have done multiple maps with "player affected by enfeeble" but thought I was safe because of the watchers mod, but I still have the curse in the top left corner and the effect above my character.
