Black squares on boss (gpu is fine)

so, ive noticed im getting weird black boxes on T17 fortress boss, my gpu is fine, not overclocked, drivers up to date. ive reinstalled the game also.

Seems to have something to do with "Cinderswallow Urn" flask

I'm having the same issue using Cinderswallow Urn flask
