the double elemental resistance in jewels are not beeing counted correctly by the Ascendancy Tasalio, Cleansing Water.

As shown in the video - the 15% cold res jewel gives me +15% cold res in total, but the 12% fire and cold res jewel only gives me +12% cold res instead of +18% with the +6% from the additional 12% fire resistance according to the Ascendancy.
The 12% fire resistance is added and also the lightning resistance adjusted accordingly with +6% total.

I tried changing zones, which did not fix the issue.
