Map Device option not honored in Dunes on T16.5

Using the Abyss option removes the 5c but doesn't add 3 Abysses to the map.

I opened a new map because it's reproducible. I have 2 Abyss scarabs and 60% Atlas passive, so I have 3 Abyss, but I think there should be 5-6. |
