Got a random Legion Monolith in my Courtyard of Wasting.

" Did you take a screenshot of the map modifiers? I assume Ruthless has the same end of map choice reward as other leagues for map tiers, and if you picked force Legion, that will override Legion blocking on the atlas tree. Same as enchanted maps or adding via scarabs iirc. Funky wording things because contains is not the same as chance to contain that the nodes block. |

We don't have either in ruthless, no crafting opions on the map device and no way to enchant maps.
the only way to spawn legion is through scarabs, or natural(if unblocked). I thought maybe the atlas tree didn't apply somehow, but i got Huck from the opening a heist cache, so thats not the case either |
