Using Shaper`s Devastation with Legacy of the the Rose while under echo shrine stops ur character

sorry for not posting bug reports and stuff.

Im using an Inquisitor with Blunderbore, The Gull and Harmony of purpose (max shrine effect) and when I use the Legacy of the Rose shaper slam while having echo shrine, it stucks my character. Sorry for not posting bug reports and stuff, but this can be replicated i think easily. Ty if U fix it
