Constant disconnects when entering new areas

Since league start i constantly crash on entering new instances. Like every 5 area changes i get a dissconnect. "failed to connect to instance" it is always the same error. Location is northern germany, ISP nordischnet (GVG Glasfaser). Also tried to switch DNS in the router (FritzBox 7530) but nothing helps.
