Shattersword mercenary does not use Brutal Teachings

As in title, never seen the buff, either it is because i use Entropic Devastation gloves + relic of the past combo and maybe the mercenary only uses it on attack trigger, don't know, anyway its kinda pointless using him if he doesnt trigger the buff at all.
