Awakened added lightning damamge Level 10 doesn't provide +2 to level of lightning gems

Noticed when playing with the Venarius Astrolabe (3/3 rolls) and my level 10/20 Awakened added lightning damage but on my Penance Brand of Dissipation gem I only get +3 levels from Amulet and +1 from support gems. If I remove both amulet and Added lightning gem I'm back to my normal level 20 Penance Brand so I have double checked that I don't have any kind of minus level to gems even though I don't know where that would come from anyway. And I also get the +1 I'm supposed to get if I unequip the amulet and have my level 6 Awakened added lightning damage, so the bug clearly is that the game doesn't seem to recognize the level 10 awakened gem with the +2 level of all lightning skill gems.

And before anyone doesn't read the post properly yes I get the gem levels from the amulet so I do have all influences equipped, that part is fine it seems to be the level 10 portion of Awakened added lightning damage that is broken.
