Complaint about points from the passive tree

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm appealing for your support for the game account Crowenprincess#4413, who on 1.7.2025 used up the lost passive skill tree points on her Blood Cerser (Scion) - 1st point from Dexterity and two more points from mana regeneration, which I wanted to reallocate elsewhere on the passive tree.

However, I didn't get my 3 points back, they suddenly disappeared on their own and could no longer be assigned back to the passive tree. The "add star" was no longer shining down so she could assign them elsewhere on the passive skill tree. As you know, they are extremely important, and even more so with my Scion nick Blood Cersei character, where this removal limits and robs me of their skills.
I hereby request that you investigate the matter and return my three passive points to my tree.So it doesn't even work out on the calculation points, I'm just missing

Click this link, unclick hide characters tab, then update.

Then go in-game, type /passives, and report back the total # of passives you received from quests, and which bandits you killed.
