blight ring anoint freeze

in most situations the blight ring annoint that allows your chilling towers to freeze enemies does do so , but sometimes for no apparent reason after keeping a group of enemies frozen solid for a while (think 20 seconds or more) it simply stops and lets them all pass through , the tower just turns off after working for a substantial period of time

don't quite know how i could help recreate the bug , i was farming t16.5 with scarab of treasures blooming invigoration and blightheart if that helps , for clarification this isn't just some of the freeze immune blight monsters passing throught it's the entire group of enemies that used to be frozen by the tower suddenly not being frozen
