Wrath + Minions with Void manipulation.

hi, im wondering if i can use shock and wrath aura to enhance the damage of my skeletons while they are linked with void manipulation.
void manipulation, and it says " supported skills deal no elemental damage", but in PoB it adds the damage of wrath, so they shoud be abled to shock and deal lightning right ?
is PoB always right ?
effect of shock is minimum 15 , ?
acctualy wrath is on my hired merc, can you also tell what the aura level of mercs is ?
