Bloodscent not working

I have a Megalomaniac with Bloodscent on it and its not regenerating rage. Tried all the weapon types it should work with. Both with attack skills and default attacks, but its not regenerating rage for me.

A while back, they changed Rage to no longer appear along the top of the screen as if an effect on your character.

Are you not seeing the rage bar appear on the outside of the Mana Orb in the bottom right? As in the screenshot above, you should see your current/max Rage shown under your current/max Mana, and a curved red bar showing how full your Rage is. These only appear once you have gained Rage at least once after entering an area.
