Game crash

The game was running fine this morning when I was playing. When I got on a couple of hours ago I started experiencing issues with crashing. I load into the game perfectly fine but any time I open the Xbox guide button or type in game with the keyboard my entire console freezes and crashes my game. Sometimes my Xbox will just turn off also.
