kirac is not refreshing maps and not showing missions

leveled up a couple times 78-79-80 but no new maps and kirac awarded missions do not show when i click on the option.

Kirac missions are only awarded by map completion. Base chance is about 7% per map. Invest atlas passives to boost the chance if you want more Kirac missions.

Maps are only refreshed when you start a Kirac mission. They don't auto-refresh on level up like vendors.

I get the kirac mission rewarded when i finish some maps but then when i try to run them,nothing shows when i click on the missions button in kirac.Usually when i level up their will be new maps to purchase from kirac. He has had no maps to purchase at all for a few levels.

It sounds like you have been awarded Kirac missions at map tiers you haven't yet unlocked missions for.

I also have Kirac missions showing with the kirac icon when i open the map device but nothing shows when I open Kirac.

New to this league/expansion are Kirac vault rewards also granting Kirac missions. This has also led to being able to acquire Yellow missions before clearing Yellow maps, and Red missions before clearing Red maps.

You cannot run Yellow missions until you've cleared a Yellow map, or Red missions before Red maps. The Kirac mission UI, if it opens because you have White missions, will say as much when you switch to the Yellow/Red tabs.

You'll either need to get more White missions from completing White tier maps, or clear a Yellow tier map to access your Yellow missions.

Kirac does not refresh his inventory when you level up like other merchants do.
Kirac's shop only refreshes when you complete a Kirac mission.

However, the maps sold by Kirac are random, and part of their random generation is a scaling factor--I think based on the highest tier map you've completed, but I haven't tried narrowing that down.

As a result, despite not fully refreshing his inventory by completing a mission, the maps he's selling can update because that scaling factor was increased, changing the outcome of the random generation.
