[Xbox] 3.26.0d Hotfix 2 Broke In Game filters

GGG // Support no stock NS or customer filters work after patch. Quality control aside on checking game operation post patch , I'd say your Xbox community needs an emergency HOTFIX please

I emailed support and provided pics directly I took w/ my phone off my screen while on very strict. All loot is showing as if no filter is being applied. Regardless of what neversink filter used or custom filter.... So all loot is loading plainly. There's others that have posted as well under console bug report along w/ commenting under the Xbox published patch notes.

It's crazy to hear that your pulling the live game up on the Xbox console and applying filters and it's working correct. Cause that is definitely not the case for alot of people.

Id saying check again or have the team look into it as there's a legitimate issue

Also tried on my girlfriends Xbox and the filters are working normally. My other friend is having the same issue as me, but I reloaded the game after rebooting my series S and now it's working fine and as intended. So I dunno hope this helps very strange indeed

For me no sloution work. Pls fix the filter asap. Cant play like this

I also have a problem with item filters not working. When I played the night before the update, everything was fine.
After the new update, they don't work at all, regardless of whether they are observed by the forum or built into the game. It's hard to play like this.

That I would guess is because you are in the GGG offices where you have direct backend connect for the server to push the filter to you client and we are on the CDN realm servers that do not seem to be pushing the filters to the client at all.
Have same issue as many others have said in that no filter is working whether an in game of custom (processed and active on website) filters.

I would also highlight that this bug makes the game essentially unplayable as without any filters we have only ‘default’ filter for all of the game which (in my case I am mapping) is just impossible to tell if the myriad of clutter has any value at all or is a map or a divine or a useful rare. We basically have to inspect every single item to tell if it’s useful or a valuable which is so impractical I ran one map and quit playing until it’s fixed, multiply that by the number of players affected and their potential to spend money on mtx during a stash sale weekend and you can imagine the lost revenue ;)

Can confirm, as was suggested in patch thread and I have just done, that uninstalling and reinstalling (I also deleted saved data before uninstall) works and filters are ok for me again after this procedure.
