Need help figuring out what to do to improve survivability.

I feel like im still getting blown up quite often in t15s, and very often in t16s. i feel like my itens are all very solid, but i just dont know exactly what to do to help me from getting melted.

Not familiar with your build type.

But as a starting point: You need more life. Your gear is (for trade league) weak and not "solid". Every piece of gear that can have a good life roll should have a good life roll. "Good" here means the highest tier.
