Vaal Impurity of Lightning not working.

The gem seems to have been broken since June from some other posts related to this issue. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3568505 ( Even better showcase as this person also linked someone doing tests with it more.)

doesn't increase maximum resistance like it says, does not provide shock immunity. (apologies for background audio, link also may expire before this even gets fixed so look toward the previous post i linked.)

Very disappointing as it can be a very nice early game utility for DPS burst window before gaining a lot of minus res or penetration.
