Eyes do not work in stygian vise for mercs

Just put a stygian vise belt on my merc with an eye in it and the resistance of my merc is only going up by the resistance on the belt NOT the belt + eye


Edit, oh.. actually after looking at it more it seems resistance items are giving around half of value on items for some reason
