Quicksilver Recipe?

Originally I hated the switch from phase run to quicksilver but anyway I am used to it now. After a lot of races I realized there was some skill in using quicksilver properly so I stopped missing phase run as much.

Now hundreds of races later it is obvious in almost every race having 2 quicksilvers gives a player a HUGE advantage. It pretty much allows a player to always be under the quicksilver effect when players are just farming towards the end of races (docks/city of sarns etc). When two racers have equal skill the one with 2 quicksilvers will most likely win. Which is dumb in my opinion since the only way to get extra quicksilvers is to be lucky enough to find one.

Although I can not be sure... I would bet almost every single signature record involves finding a quicksilver. So it comes down to find a 2nd quicksilver in signature race by vaal kill or just give up since you have no chance of getting top 3 without another.

Anyone of my suggestions below could fix the problem without breaking the game I think.
-No longer allow quicksilvers to drop in normal difficulty. (although this change would probably be better between seasons since signature race records rely on them)
-Add a quicksilver recipe easy enough to almost be a sure thing of crafting one by act 3. (maybe there is one?)
-Sell quicksilvers through the vendor in act 2 for trans orb?

I actually dont mind there being this rng in races, then again im not too good yet so i get if its annoying if you lost just beacouse the other player has better rng then you

Last time I used movespeed recipe was 3 seasons ago. Pls chris, give us movespeed from hailrake

but seriously vendors in a2 selling a quicksilver for a transmute would be awesome for racing or an easy vendor recipe then the quicksilver into movementspeed boots recipe would also be used more and vendor selling ms boots rng would be less frustrating too.
