Spellslinger Lightning Conduit + Lightning Conduit of the Heavens 100% Brick Bugged

If you attempt to Spell sling Both Lightning Conduit and Lightning Conduit of the heavens in two different setups then lightning Conduit of the Heavens fails to cast for some reason, possibly inheriting the cd from regular lightning conduit?.. Notsure. Works in conjunction with any other spell in the second setup. Please fix my build is bricked.
