Tab affinities causing massive lag and disconnects

I'm unable to quickly deposit an inventory into my stash without disconnecting. I've been trouble shooting it for a bit by putting a few items in, I watch my ping climb into the thousands then it dips back down to the low 40s and I can interact again. If I try to put too many items in then the ping climbs into the 10's of thousands before sending me to the main menu.

When I don't use the affinities and put the items directly into the right tabs there is no lag spike.
