Game crashing when trying to join other players HO

Whenever i try to trade and join other players HO i click on their portrait to tp to their HO, i get the loading screen but can still hear the game sounds, as if i was still in the instance i was tping from, and then game crashes to loading screen.
Tried changing servers, didn't help.

When joining another player’s hideout, you will be sent to whichever gateway they play on; otherwise you would be placed alone in a new instance of their hideout.

Have you tried verifying your client’s content and - if that doesn’t work - purging the cache?
