Refiner's Bargian and Party play

I've been duoing with a friend for most of this league, and we've noticed that the non-map owner tends to receive significantly less or no resources from Refiner's Bargain.

We compare notes when seeing resource drops like we're Einhar calling out "juicy ones" and ore from Niko is about only 30% of whatever the map owner gets, and dust from Possessed Rogue Exiles is basically 0 for the non-map owner. Also noticed that if the owner leaves the map and then returns, or the non-map owner enters first, the dust gains are switched, and the non-map owner starts receiving the boosted dust rates. While not the most effective strats, still feels bad when the map owner gets 100-250k dust in a map and the other doesn't.

Not sure if others are seeing this or seeing this with other non-refiner's Bargain mechanics.
