I cannot access the Kirac Mission Screen

I have no idea what happened but, for some reason I cannot access the Kirac mission screen either from talking to him or from the map device, despite the map device showing that I have a show icon indication that there is a mission for me. this making it hard for me to progress my Atlas because his inventory never refreshes. Can someone please tell how to fix this?

Kirac presently lacks dialogue to the effect of there being no unlocked missions available for you.

So e.g. if you have been exploring white maps and have not yet unlocked Tier 6 - Tier 10 missions and he only has one of the latter available for you, the window will just abruptly close.

Give Kirac ‘There Are Currently No Atlas Missions Available’ Dialogue

Does that mean since I have a yellow mission available, if I run a yellow tier map, it will unlock?
