Constantly hard crashing on ps5 pro VFOS Berserker

I am crashing every few minutes running volcanic fissure of snaking on 8 mod corrupted jungle valley or mesa maps running abyss and domination. I have reviewed all the crash submission videos and there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to the action occurring during the crash. Sometimes mid slam, sometimes walking, sometimes just picking up items

I have re-download the game
I have cleared cache
I have restarted ps5 pro
I have cleaned and checked for overheating
I have tried disabling all sound

I do not have this issue on my cold dot witch
