Can't enter location "The Waal Ruins" in act 2 - infinity loading screen

Act 2, I'm trying to go in "The Waal Ruins" location multiple times, use different servers, but all I got - infinity loading screen with location name. I need restart game to return. How can I continue progress acts?

Other characters can enter this location without problems.

I dont know what happens, but after some attmepts I finally enter this location.
