Unkillable / un-targetable revived small spiders after using the "Memory of Panic"

I found the unique box "the barrel of spiders" and used the "Memory of Panic" power on it, and after clearing the mobs, I was unable to move unless I use move skills, and thats when I noticed a mob of revived small spiders "with petals around them" and they were not targetable or damageable, I had to keep frost blinking till I managed to escape them.

I tried hitting them, AOE skills, herald, nothing seemed to work, same thing when my friends in the party tried.

I was running T16.5 Strand, with 100% delirium, Ambush scarabs of containment
